When will my order arrive?

Each case is made to order. Please allow 5-10 business days for order to be completed. This will vary depending on stock, order volume and other. Shipping within the US usually takes 3-5 days. You will receive a tracking number days after purchase in your email━ this does not mean order was shipped━

Are cases protective?

Cases are protective and durable! They protect against minor bumps and drops. It is recommended to use along side a screen protector. I do not 100% guarantee the case will prevent damage to the iPhone.

Do you make custom cases?

Yes! It it is the first option on my website. File which is uploaded should be fit to be used as an iPhone wallpaper. Please keep in mind the camera will cut out part of the image. Not 100% guaranteed part of pattern, face, and text won't be cut off.

Order in transit?

Please contact the post office in which it is in transit. Once i ship out items there is nothing i can do.

I have not received my case? 

Sometimes cases are on backorder and there is an average of 2-3 week wait time for order to be completed.

Insufficient address-

If package is sent back to sender because of an insufficient/none existent address customer will be charged a fee of $3 in order to be resent. No refunds.
